Just a quick non-immunization related post to bring everyone up to speed. Last night, Idalis and I sat up in my office, here at work where I only have 62 days left, and purchased our 'one way' tickets to Madrid, Spain, via Philadelphia. This is a huge milestone and pretty much the point of no return, not that we would want to. It has just become infinately more tangible.
Working on several fronts currently. Trying to finalize plans to meet with my parents in Italy from September 12th through 26th. Also, working with Katie to start research for our rendezvous in India. Got check lists for each month from now to take off and they are filling quickly. Since deciding to push back our take off date by one week, I have given myself the false feeling that I am back ahead of schedule again, after feeling a tad overwhelmed. It doesn't take much to fall behind and the days are really starting to fly now.
Not sure when the next post will be. If history is any indication, it will either be upon receipt of the next vaccination shot or airline ticket. Until then, we wish you well!
